Account/Project Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Account/Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring clarity to chaos. You're not just managing timelines, you're energising internal teams and external partners alike, supporting the delivery of campaigns, content, and AI-powered projects for forward-thinking clients.
The Details of the Role
- Interpret briefs into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables and keep them on track.
- Support creative and strategic work across concepting, production, and delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, creatives, AI specialists, and clients to maintain flow and focus.
- Prepare client-facing materials: decks, notes, summaries, and polished deliverables.
- Own day-to-day logistics, from task tracking and scheduling to feedback loops and financial management.
- Keep quality high, you're sharp on language, visuals, and structure.
- Build a workflow that’s well-documented, efficient, and ready to scale.
- Stay curious, understand the work, the client, and the evolving tech landscape.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in digital, creative, or tech-forward environments.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, written, spoken, and everything in between.
- Strong organisational instincts and confidence balancing shifting priorities.
- Clear communicator, practical decision-maker, and natural collaborator.
- A genuine interest in brands, storytelling, AI, and the future of content.
- Energised by variety, from creative to technical, strategic to operational.
